| 摘 要： | 文中对中国广东省的国际海运人才现状、发展、培养趋势及前景进行比较分析,并依据国际海事组织《STCW公约》和广东省航运发展的要求,提出广东航海职业教育要培养高素质国际化应用型人才,加强广东海员队伍建设,从而推进广东航运强省的建立。

| Abstract: | The paper analysis on the situation and development of international seafarers and education trend and prospect as well in Guangdong.According to the IMO STCW convention and the request of shipping development of Guangdong,Guangdong need to educate proposed application-oriented talents cultivating high-quality internationalization,strengthen the Guangdong seafarers team,Promote to build strong province of Guangdong shipping industry. |
