摘    要:我国已经步入高速铁路时代,通过集成创新,建立符合我国国情和路情的高速铁路列控系统及系统评估体系具有非常重要的意义。论述了CTCS-3级列控系统的研究技术路线,提出了CTCS-3级列控系统的系统评估方法,对CTCS-3级列控系统的生命周期各个阶段进行有效评估,从而保证高速铁路列控系统满足高速铁路的需求。

Abstract:As we are stepping into the times of high speed railway, it becomes very important to develop high speed train control system and establish corresponding methods of system assessment to make it meet the requirements of Chinese railways. In this paper, technical research guideline and the system assessment methods of CTCS Level 3 train control system is discussed. In addition, all the phases in the life cycle of CTCS level 3 train control system is validly assessed in order to guarantee the high-speed control system to fulfill the requirements of high speed railway.
