海洋环境中氯离子侵蚀与混凝土碳化诱发钢筋锈蚀失效概率的对比分析

摘    要:提出了混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀和混凝土碳化概率模型。从混凝土结构部位、混凝土桥梁距海岸线距离、混凝土质量等角度对处于海洋环境中的混凝土桥梁因氯离子侵蚀和混凝土碳化而诱发钢筋腐蚀的概率进行对比分析,结果表明在海洋环境中混凝土桥梁各部位由于氯离子侵蚀而导致的失效概率远大于混凝土碳化导致耐久性失效概率。距海岸线距离、混凝土质量也是重要的影响因素。随着距海岸线距离的增加以及混凝土质量降低,氯离子诱发耐久性失效概率与碳化失效概率比值明显减小,混凝土碳化诱发钢筋锈蚀的权重增加。

Abstract:Probability models of chloride ingress and concrete carbonization are put forth respectively.Failure probability of durability of steel concrete bridge induced by chloride ingress are compared with that induced by concrete carbonization,which takes position of column,distance from coastline and concrete quality.It is shown that failure probability induced by chloride ingress is much more than that by concrete carbonization.Distance from coastline and concrete quality are important factors on failure probability.Effect of concrete carbonization is increasing with distance longer from coastline or concrete quality poorer.
