| Abstract: | In the article the reason of defocus is analyzed,and the influence of the defocus on the optical measurement is analyzed quantitatively by experiment.Aided to solve the problem where to calibrate is easy and no effect for measurement accuracy in large field measurement,especially in measuring the position of motion object. |
