盾构振动在线自动监控系统的设计与研究

摘    要:为预判盾构关键部件可能发生的潜在故障隐患,提高盾构运行可靠性,对海瑞克S261土压平衡盾构再制造过程中的振动在线自动监控系统进行了设计研究。首先将盾构主轴承、主驱动和减速机等设备的振动变化值经过ARM/Cortex-M0+系列的Kinetis-M处理器分析转换后传输至数据集中器,然后利用SCADA软件并结合MySQL数据库技术设计了在线监控系统。此系统为盾构设备故障预警提供了数据支持,对设备维护具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to predict the potential failures of the key components and improve the reliability of shield operation, an online automatic monitoring system for shield vibration is developed and designed based on remanufacturing of Herrenknecht S261 EPB shield. Firstly, the vibration data of the shield equipments such as the main bearing, the main drives and the reducers are analyzed by the Kinetis M processor of the ARM/Cortex M0+ series, and then transmitted to the data concentrator; and then the online monitoring system is designed by combining the SCADA software with the MySQL database technology. The system can provide data support for the failure warning of the shield equipments, and guide the maintenance of shield equipment.
