| 摘 要： | 为提高生产效率,合理地对船舶建造过程中分段工序流程进行系统性的分析研究,采用层次聚类算法对2种不同船型的分段运输日志进行分析,得出各船型分段建造的典型工序流程类别。对数据预处理方式和不同数据点间距离的计算方法对层次聚类结果的影响进行讨论。此研究可对后续的分段工艺链路模型构建和优化方案制订提供重要的基础。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the production efficiency, the systematical analysis and research on block assembly procedure flow in shipbuilding is made reasonably. The hierarchical clustering algorithm is used to analyze the block assembly transportation logs of two different ship types, and the typical procedure flow categories in block assembly of each ship type are obtained. The influence of data preprocessing ways and distance calculation methods between different data points on the hierarchical clustering results is discussed. This research can provide an important basis for the follow-up block assembly technology link model construction and optimization scheme formulation. |
