船舶垫块蓝油拂配质量检测

摘    要:垫块蓝油拂配质量与船舶主机等设备的工作稳定性相关,在船舶设备装配期间应对蓝油拂配质量进行检测,以确保装配环节满足工艺要求。采用机器视觉方法对船舶垫块蓝油拂配质量进行检测,获得蓝油拂配图像并进行裁剪,基于OpenCV框架对图像进行处理和计算,并标注每个部分的蓝油拂配比例,以实现船舶垫块蓝油拂配质量的快速检测。

Abstract:The blue oil fitting quality of the shim block is closely related to the stability of the equipment such as the ship''s main engine. The blue oil fitting quality should be inspected during the equipment assembly to ensure that the assembly process meets the technological requirements. The machine vision method is used to detect the blue oil fitting quality of the ship''s shim block. The images of the blue oil fitting are obtained and cropped, then processed and calculated based on the OpenCV framework, and the proportion of the blue oil enamel in each part is marked, which realizes the rapid detection of the blue oil fitting quality.
