摘    要:为保证安全、高效的施工,应对疏浚设备的使用功率进行管理和限制。传统的功率限制采用两级或多级限制,虽达到了安全施工的目的,但效率较低,主机负荷波动较大。基于传统限制方式提出一种新的控制策略,在整船装机功率一定的情况下对各主要负载功率进行动态管理,能够高效地利用整船功率,提高船舶在施工作业中的安全性和效率。本控制策略在"HX021"号船上进行实船应用,试验效果良好。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe and efficient construction,it is necessary to manage and limit the operation power of the dredging equipment.The traditional power limit adopts two-stage or multi-stage limit,which achieves the goal of safe construction but has the limitation of low efficiency and great fluctuation of the load of main engine.A new control strategy is proposed based on the traditional way of restriction,which can manage the main load power dynamically when the whole ship’s installed power is fixed,make full use of the whole ship’s power efficiently,and improve the safety and efficiency of the ships in construction.The control strategy is applied to the actual ship of "HX021" and the test results are good.
