Research of Video Detecting Algorithm for Traffic Violations

Traffic violations video detection system is one of the critical techniques in the intelligent transportation system.Due to conditions of illumination,weather,foot passenger and the like,the algorithms of vehicle detection based on region detection and license plate location are proposed.The results have shown that the algorithm in the thesis is effective and of good applicable value after plenty of experiments and analyses.
