| 摘 要： | 根据京津城际工程实践,分析CRTSⅡ型轨道板模型关键技术要求,研究模型的制造方案,解决轨道板模型制造关键技术问题,实现轨道板制造的高精度。该方案在国内首次批量制造出优质模型用于京津工程,并推广应用于京沪、京石、石武、津秦等客专工程。

| Abstract: | According to the practice of express railway between Beijing and Tianjin, with the innovation of the ballastless track slab, this paper analyses the key technology requirements of the model for CRTSII ballastless track slab, researches the manufacturing solution and solves the technical cruxes of the models manufactured with high precision. Based on the key technology solution described in this paper, high quality models with high precision have been made and used in this project as welt as other new express railways. |
