基于行人保护的汽车前舱吸能空间估算方法研究

摘    要:
在汽车开发的概念设计阶段,需要合理地设计前舱外型面与前舱零件间的间隙,即前舱吸能空间,以满足行人头部保护的要求.文章以某车型为例,通过理论计算的方法,对满足行人头部保护要求的前舱吸能空间进行估算,并建立了详细的行人头部碰撞有限元仿真分析模型,验证了估算得到的前舱吸能空间的合理性.

Abstract:
In the early stages of the car development process,it is very important to determine the necessary crash depth,the clearance between the hood and the underlying parts,considering pedestrian head protection.The paper takes a vehicle model as an example and proposes a method to estimate the necessary crash depth during the early development stages.The effectiveness of the proposed method for pedestrian head protection is verified by detailed finite element analysis.
