| Abstract: | With a view to further safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the seafarers, enhancing a clear understanding of the functions of seafarer service agencies, and continuously standardizing their daily service activities, this paper analyzes the nature and characteristics of the seafarer service agencies and the key points concerning supervision and control thereof, and puts forward some measures to deal with the relevant issues. |
