In this article , we first analyze the positive and negative effects of merger and holding stocks by foreigners, then deeply study the reasons why foreigners hold stocks will shock our national industry, and finally put forward some suggestions as for how to protect China's national industry , deepen enterprises reform and effectively control the Use of foreign capital.
