交叉口交通信号相位优化技术研究

摘    要:提高通行能力,减少交通拥挤和事故,是城市交通管理的主要目的。目前解决城市平面交叉口交通流的冲突问题的主要办法是采用交通信号灯。根据交通流通过交叉口时形成的冲突点,提出相位优化原理,有助于完整地解决相位优化的网络图计算问题,为解决城市平面交叉口交通拥挤与事故提供多相位安排的理论依据。实例证明,此相位优化技术不仅具有理论价值,而且具有工程应用价值,可为城市交通实用管理提供参考。

Abstract:Increasing urban traffic capacity and decreasing traffic congestion and accident are the main object of urban traffic management. At present, the popular method for solving the clash of traffic flows in junctions is traffic light signals. According to the basis of clash-points formed with traffic flows on every urban junctions, the principle of phase optimization is provided and the optimal calculation by network figure is solved, which presents multi-phase orgnization for junctions in cities to oppose flows crowd and accidents. As proved multi-phase organization technology did not only have value of theory, but also have application value of engineering, which could support consultation to the administrator in urban traffic practically.
