清包工模式在隧道工程成本管理中的应用

工程项目清包工,或称包清工,是在施工组织过程中将工程细目按照工、料、机分解细化,以工、料、机的形式体现每道工序的实际施工成本,并以实际施工成本实现外包的一种生产经营管理模式。文章结合山西省中条山隧道工程清包工运作模式的实践,阐述了清包工模式在隧道工程成本管理中的应用。

Application of clear contracting model to cost management in the tunnel project

The clear contracting project is that the project item is subdivided in accordance with labors,materials and machine in the process of construction organization,to reflect the actual construction cost for each working operation in the form of labors,materials and machine and achieve a contracting mode of production and operation in actual construction cost.This article describes,in accordance with the practice of clear contracting mode for the Zhongtiaoshan Tunnel project in Shanxi Province,the application of the above mode to the cost management for tunnel project.
