| Abstract: | In 2007,the Ministry of Communications decided to include the examination and appraisal of archives of administrative enforcement as an important part of the inspection and audit of the law enforcement.At present,all the MSAs in the country have established the examination and appraisal system for archives of maritime administrative enforcement.This article explains the significance,main contents and the implementation of the system. |
