东平水道大桥钢梁焊接工艺评定试验

摘    要:武广客运专线上的东平水道大桥是一座由武广客运专线和广茂线合建的大跨度4线铁路钢桁拱桥。跨度布置为(99+242+99)m,钢桁拱采用栓焊结构,采用Q370qE、Q370qD、Q345qD材质,选择代表各种材质、板厚的共26组接头进行对接焊缝、角焊缝工艺评定试验及整体节点板双面围焊缝工艺评定试验,其焊缝金属拉伸、接头拉伸、接头冲击和弯曲、硬度和宏观断面酸蚀试验结果表明接头各项力学性能均符合相关规范和设计文件要求。
