摘    要:根据国内外城市轨道交通发展经验.分析并总结了轨道交通发展的三个阶段,以及各阶段轨道与常规公交在城市客运体系中的功能定位.明确了城市轨道交通与常规公交存在的接驳性和竞争性关系,并据此针对常规公交线路具体情况,分别提出了城市轨道接驳性线路和竞争性线路规划模式。最后以深圳市轨道接驳线网优化调整为例,对上述理论方法进行了实例阐述.并对实施效果进行了验证与分析。

Abstract:According to the experience of metro transit development, the paper summarizes three phases of the development of metro transit, and then analyzes the functional localization in city passengers transport system between the metro transit and buses transit at each phase. On the basis of special situation in different cities, the planning mode including feeder buses lines and competitive buses lines is proposed. At last, taking optimization and adjustment of feeder buses lines in Shenzhen as an example, the theory and method above are verified by analysis of the implementation effect.
