摘    要:大力发展公众出行信息服务系统是缓解成都市交通拥堵的有效手段之一.在对成都市ATIS建设应用现状调查和问题分析基础上,采用“SOA+云计算+物联网+大数据”的技术方针,从数据采集中心、数据处理中心、信息发布中心、标准规范、信息安全和运维保障出发,提出相应建议.从建设运营机制、绩效考核、增值运营角度对未来发展对策进行探讨.研究成果在纵横向联系、信息资源共享、应用服务拓展、运营机制方面有所改进,对改善成都市未来出行信息服务具有借鉴意义.

Abstract:It is an effective mean of developing advanced traveler information system to alleviate the traffic problems of Chengdu. Based on the survey and problem analysis of ATIS in Chengdu, under the direction of tech-nology policy including SOA, cloud computing, internet of things and big data, an improvement program is pro- posed, which is about data collection center, data processing center, information disseminationcenter, standards, in- formation security and operation. Some advice is given about construction and operation mechanism, performance appraisal, market operations. The programs have improvement in aspects of the longitudinal horizontal contact of different department, the sharing of information resources, application space to expand, the operating mechanism. The research result will be an important reference for the traveler information system development of Chengdu.
