基于电子海图的海洋渔船导航系统设计与实现

摘    要:鉴于目前亟待解决的渔船监控与导航问题,介绍基于GPS和电子海图的渔船导航系统的整体结构、主要功能、技术特点及其实现。该系统由GPS接收机、导航终端、监控中心计算机及通信网络构成,主要包括海图管理、海图显示、航线导航、航行线路监控以及航迹回放等功能模块,具有海图无缝拼接、自动调度与显示等特点。实验表明。该系统能够满足渔船导航与监控的需要,使用它可以提高渔船行驶的安全性。

Abstract:At present, the monitoring and navigation of the fishing boats is an urgent problem needing solu- tion. This paper introduces the whole structure, main functions, technical features and its implementation of the fishing boat navigation system based on GPS and electronic chart. The system consists of GPS receiver, navigation terminal, the monitoring center computer system and communication network, which mainly includes management chart, chart display, navigation routes, shipping lines monitoring, track playback and other function modules. It has such chatacteristics as seamless splicing, automatic scheduling chart and display, etc. Experimental results show that the system can meet the needs of fishing boat navigation and monitoring, and improve the travelling safety of fishing boats.
