基于分类管理法的环氧沥青黏结料施工技术研究

摘    要:环氧沥青黏结料的施工质量直接关系到整个桥面铺装层的使用耐久性.结合江西九江长江公路大桥钢桥面工程实践,利用统计学和管理学方法分析了影响环氧沥青黏结料喷洒质量的六个因素,基于分类管理方法提出了喷洒不均匀、不连续、原材比例不正确、防护不到位为施工控制的关键因素,作业层不清洁为重要控制因素,环境因素和养护不足为一般控制因素,并推荐了改善措施.江西九江长江大桥施工取得了良好的效果,可为以后类似工程环氧沥青黏结料施工质量控制提供参考与借鉴.

Abstract:The construction quality of epoxy asphalt binder has direct impact on the durability of the pave-ment. Combined with engineering practice, this paper uses the method of statistics and management to count the six factors affecting the spraying quality of epoxy asphalt binder. Based on classification management method, the uneven and discontinuous spraying, incorrect material ratio and improper protection are considered as key factors in construction control, unclean operation layer is considered as an important control factor, environmental and maintenance problems are considered as general control factors, and then the improvement measures are recom-mended. The construction of Jiangxi Jiujiang Bridge has achieved good results, which can provid a reference for the construction quality control of similar proiects with epoxy asphalt binder.
