稳定粉土的力学性质试验研究

摘    要:对粉土掺加石灰、石灰加水泥及SEU 2型固化剂后的力学性质进行试验研究,结果表明,稳定粉土的渗透性、压缩性、强度特性以及路用性能均得到改善,尤其是掺加SEU 2型固化剂的粉土,其CBR值为石灰土的5倍、水泥石灰土的2倍,7d无侧限抗压强度达到0 918MPa,而且与石灰土相比干缩系数明显减小。对固化剂进行经济技术分析表明SEU 2型固化剂与目前常用的固化材料相比有较好的性价比。该试验研究工作具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:A series of tests were conducted in laboratory to study the mechanics properties of stabilized silts,which were made by adding lime,lime and cement,and solidifing agent (SEU2) into the silts.The permeability,compressibility,strength and road use performance of stabilized silts were improved,especially for the silts added with solidifing agent (SEU2),with CBR five times as much as that of lime soils and twice as much as that of cement lime soils.Their unconfined compressive strength for seven days were up to 0.918MPa and the coefficient of dry shrinkage was obviously smaller than that of lime soils.The economic and technological analysis was made and the results showed that the performanceprice ratio for SEU2 was higher than the traditional solidifing agents.The results of this study are of important value for actual engineering projects.
