| 摘 要： | 报告小儿外伤性帽状腱膜下血肿19例,失血量约为70～210毫升,其中6例并发休克。用穿刺抽血和加压帽式绷带治疗,效果差,其中8例穿刺2次,4例3次,1例4次。改用穿刺抽血戴石膏帽的方法后,治疗7例均一次成功,此法简便费用少,可在门诊施行。

| Abstract: | Experiences in the treatment of 19 patients wih subaponeurotic hematoma are reported. They aged under 10 years. Of these, there were 10 cases of concussion and 6 eases of. shock vhich occurred 1 or 2 days after their head injuries. For correcting shoch, a plaster hat was put on the head after aspiration in 17 cases, with successful cure. It is eottcluded that this therapy is simple and reliable, and will not interfere with children's activities. The formation of hematoma and the diagnosis are discussed. |
