基于漏磁原理的钢丝绳缺陷检测装置设计

摘    要:针对钢丝绳缺陷检测装置中材料的选择及结构尺寸的设计,建立了简化的磁偶极子数学模型,通过Matlab软件对模型数学关系进行仿真。设计出一种缺陷检测装置并通过ANSYS仿真,最后结合实验数据证明了理论分析、模型仿真及此种装置结构设计的可行性,为以后信号处理及缺陷类型识别创造了条件。

Abstract:With the choice of the materials and the design of the structural sizes of the detecting devices for defects in steel wireropes taken into accounts,a simplified mathematical model of magnetic dipole is established in the paper,with the mathematical relationships of the model simulated by the Matlab software.Upon this basis a defects-detecting device is designed and simulated by the ANSYS.Finally,the theoretical analyses,the model simulation,and the feasibility of the structural design of the device are tested with experimental data,which create favorable conditions for the processing of signals and defect identification in the future.
