GTJT-6型轨道板自动精调设备的研制

摘    要:轨道板自动精调设备是对无砟轨道CRTSⅡ型、CRTSⅠ型轨道板的高程、水平位置进行精调作业的专用设备。主要介绍了GTJT-6型板式无砟轨道轨道板自动精调设备的结构组成、工作原理、特点及其主要配件选型。联调试验表明:此轨道板自动精调设备自动化程度高,能够大大提高轨道板精调作业的速度和精度,相邻轨道板承轨台顶面相对高差及平面位置允许偏差也完全满足相关标准要求,并且能够有效降低施工成本。

Abstract:The automatic fine-adjusting equipment is a special kind of equipment used for the fine-adjustment of the elevation and level position of type-CRTS II and type-CRTS I ballastless track slabs. The structural composition, working principle, charac- teristics,and the correct choice of the right types of its main accessories are introduced in detail in the paper. The combined ad- justing test proves that the automatic fine-adjusting equipment for track slabs is high in the level of automation, which may greatly improve the speed and accuracy of the fine-adjusting operation, and upon the basis of using which the relative difference in the elevation of neighboring track-bearing platform tops and the allowable error in the plane position are found to be in full a- greement with the requirements of the corresponding norms and the construction cost is also effectively lowered.
