| Abstract: | Various types of the chief natural disasters that threaten the security of military highways on plateau, and their causes of formation and characteristics are dealt with in the paper,with some preventive and tackling schemes against mud-rock flow, landslide, sand-slide and water-caused damage presented from the angle of engineering technology. The various measures to ensure the free-moving traffic of military highways on plateau are also studied from the angle of daily administration and management. The paper may help keep the traffic of military highways on plateau free-moving. |
