摘    要:磨乡大桥上跨V型河谷,沟深谷陡,主孔为净跨100m钢筋砼箱形拱,其现浇支架的设计成为施工难点。依据现场地形地貌,采用桩接柱形式设置临时墩、盖梁上布置贝雷梁、贝雷平台上为碗扣式脚手架的支架方案。详细介绍了支架结构、施工及检算过程。实践证明:该支架方案设计合理、保证了工期、节省了成本,提高了施工安全性。

Abstract:Owing to the fact that the Moxiang Bridge spans a V-shaped Valley,which is very deep and steep,and the main span of the reinforced concrete box arch is 100 m in clearance-spanning distance, the design of the cast-in-place bracket becomes a dif- ficult problem in the construction. According to the topographical characteristics of the site, the support scheme of using the pile-linked-to-post-form temporary pier, and providing a Bailey beam on the capping beam and the bowl-fastener-type scaffolding on the platform of the Bailey beam is adopted. The structure of the support,and the processes of the construction and the check- calculation are introduced in detail in the paper. Practice proves that the support scheme is rational in design,which helps ensure the completion of the project as scheduled, save the construction cost, and improve the safety in construction.
