大西客专跨铁路连续梁桥转体施工监控技术

摘    要:连续梁桥转体施工为全桥施工的关键步骤。桥梁转体施工监控目的就是为确保大桥结构的施工安全和施工质量,并保证既有铁路的运营安全。结合大西客运专线上院跨朔黄铁路(60+100+60)m连续箱梁转体施工实例,提出了悬臂T构转体施工过程监控的具体内容,详细介绍了本桥现场监控实施情况,通过实时监控数据来指导转体,为桥梁的平顺转体提供了可靠的技术保障。

Abstract:The rotating construction process of bridge construction is the key step of the construction of the whole bridge. The monitoring of the rotating construction process aims at ensuring the safety and quality of the bridge construction, and ensuring the safe operation of the existing railway. With the rotating construction process of the (60 + 100-4-60)m continuous beam bridge of the Da-Xi Passengers-oriented Railway spanning the Shuo-Huang Railway as a practical example,the specific monitored content of the rotating construction process of the T-shaped cantilever structure is suggested in the paper, with the site monitoring circumstances of the bridge construction introduced in detail. By using the real-time monitored data to guide the rotating construction,the reliable technical guarantee is provided for the smooth performance of the rotation of the beam body.
