钢板弹簧刚度特性的有限元分析

摘    要:讨论了钢板弹簧刚度计算的各种方法。利用Nastran有限元软件提供的线接触单元分析了某型钢板弹簧的刚度特性。讨论了摩擦特性对钢板弹簧刚度计算的影响,给出了钢板弹簧在动静态载荷下加载与卸载的载荷-变形特性图。与传统方法相比,有限元分析可以更为精确地反映各弹簧片之间的接触和摩擦细节,为同类型产品的设计计算提供了参考。

Abstract:The multi-methods to calculate the stiffness of leaf springs are discussed.Using the line contact element provided by Nastran software to analyze the stiffness of a leaf spring.In addition,the influence of the friction characteristics on the stiffness is also involved.The load-deflection curves during loading and unloading process subjected to static and dynamic loads are presented.Compared with conventional method, the results of FEA are reasonable and FEA can provide more details of contact and friction between leafs. The method and conclusion in this paper can be used for the design and analysis of the similar products.
