| Abstract: | Targeting on the characteristics and main problems of overload- control enforce- ment situation in Guangxi ,the article analyzed the necessity of Guangxi overload-control new mode reform under new situation, introduced the overload-control enforcement new modes and means implemented by Guangxi highway departments, and summarized the achieve- ments made by overload-control enforcement mode reform with Guangxi characteristics. |
