构建公交一体化,增强公共交通核心竞争力

在城市交通矛盾日益突出的现代城市发展中,越来越多的人们意识到只有大力发展公共交通系统,才是城市空间与城市交通和谐发展的可持续道路.然而,发展城市公交系统不仅仅是加大基础设施的建设,更要注重公共交通系统的结构层次,充分发挥各子系统的服务特征及适用范围,形成环环相扣的高效公交出行链,从而提高公共交通服务水平,增强公交核心竞争力,吸引居民从小汽车向公交出行方式转变.以昆明的城市公共交通系统发展为例,通过分析公交系统现状及存在问题,梳理公交系统的层次结构,构建公交网络一体化.

Development of Integrated Public Transport to Enhance the Core Competitiveness

The urban transportation systemhas become increasingly prominent in the city development;more and more people have realized developing public transport is the only way to make urban space and transportation harmonious. Developing public transport is not only to increase infrastructure construction,but also optimize the public transport system hierarchy,and make a full use of the service features and scope of different public transport,making a chain of efficient ＂public transport chain＂to improve public transport service,enhance the core competitiveness of public transport,and attract more residents using public transport modal. Using Kunming urban public transport system development as an example,this paper identifies problems in the current situation,expounds the hierarchy of the public transit system,and proposes to develop an integrated public transport network.
