摘    要:以天津市滨海新区响螺湾商务区中惠熙元广场建设项目为例,研究CBD建设项目停车位建设应采用差异化标准.考虑对用地性质、项目位置、小汽车出行率、停车位共享等多重因素,对其实际停车需求进行科学预测.本研究对于CBD建设项目的停车位合理建设具有指导作用.

Abstract:In this paper, using thecase of ZOVLE Real Estate in Tianjin Xiangluowan CBD, we researched the differential parking standard for construction projects in CBD. Considering multiple factors such as land use,location,trip rate,parking space sharing,we made a scientific forecast of the real parking demand. The research of this paper will play a guiding role for the study on reasonable parking standards in CBD.
