| Abstract: | In this paper, using thecase of ZOVLE Real Estate in Tianjin Xiangluowan CBD, we researched the differential parking standard for construction projects in CBD. Considering multiple factors such as land use,location,trip rate,parking space sharing,we made a scientific forecast of the real parking demand. The research of this paper will play a guiding role for the study on reasonable parking standards in CBD. |
