| 摘 要： | 港口军事运输保障能力是一个多因素构成的复杂系统,而且其各个因素之间相互影响,构成联系网络。在充分分析战时港口军事运输保障能力的各个影响因素的基础上,充分挖掘各个影响因素之间的相互关系,以及各层之间的反馈影响关系,运用网络层次分析法建立分析评价模型。最后,通过对某港口战时军事运输保障能力进行分析评估,证明了模型的可行性。

| Abstract: | The harbor supporting ability is a complex system composed by many factors which form a network and contact each other. After analyzing the factors,this paper investigates the relationship among them and the feed back influence between each hiberarchy.Based on them,the paper puts forward the Analytic Network Process. Finally,the paper approves it by an example. |
