离心泵级间间隙泄漏量的理论计算

摘    要:为推导并验证两同轴联接离心泵级间间隙泄漏量的理论公式,基于CFD仿真得出间隙前后压差和转速对级间泄漏量的影响规律;借鉴叶轮密封环泄漏量的理论计算,推导出级间间隙泄漏量的理论计算公式.将数值计算出的泄漏量与理论公式结果进行对比,结果表明二者差距很小,验证了该理论公式计算级间间隙泄漏量的可行性.

Abstract:In order to derive and verify the theoretical formula of inter-stage leakage between the two coaxially connected centrifugal pumps, based on the CFD simulation, the influence of the pressure difference and speed before and after the gap on the inter-stage leakage is obtained. Based on the theoretical calculation of impeller seal ring leakage, the theoretical calculation formula of inter-stage clearance leakage is deduced. The results show that the gap between the numerical calculation and the theoretical formula is very small, which verifies the feasibility of the theoretical formula to calculate the inter-stage leakage.
