基于物元分析的交通影响评价模型

摘    要:针对大型建设项目的交通影响评价问题,利用物元分析理论,提出了基于物元分析的交通影响评价模型。分析了大型建设项目交通影响因素,选取项目的开发类型、建筑面积、开发强度、路网所处区位、路段饱和度、有无信号控制、离开建设项目的距离等10个评价指标,将项目对周边路网的影响分为大、中、小、较小4个等级,通过确定待评物元、建立节域物元矩阵、经典域物元矩阵、计算各评价指标权重和综合关联隶属度,得到了项目对周边路网的影响大小,并通过实例说明了模型的应用。结果表明,将物元分析理论用于大型建设项目的交通影响评价是可行的,能够定量评价项目交通影响的大小,并具有较高精度。

Abstract:For large scale construction project,the traffic impact evaluation model is proposed based on matter-element analysis(theory.)The paper analyses the traffic impact factors,chooses the evaluation index including the type of project,construction area,engineering activities,road network district,road section traffic,signal control,distance from the construction project.The impact on the road(network) is divided into four classes including great,middle,small and less.The paper determines the evaluation district matter-element matrix,traditional matter-element matrix,computes the weight of evaluation index and synthesizes relating subordinateness.At last,the project impact degree on the surrounding road network is gained and an example accounts for the application of the model.It is concluded that applying the matter-element analysis to traffic impact evaluation is feasible;it can assess the degree of the traffic impact and be able to provide with higher precision.
