| 摘 要： | 针对目前中国对运行速度概念存在的一些误解,通过现场采集的车辆运行速度分布数据,解析和讨论了运行速度的明确定义。对中美公路车辆运行速度分布、运行速度统计值进行对比分析,并对中美驾驶员对限速值的遵守情况与限速值的调查问卷统计结果进行了对比分析;探寻了中国大、小车运行速度差大于美国的根源,并进一步探讨速度差与事故率,以及速度差与事故严重程度的相关性。结果表明:限速值需要综合考虑运行速度、设计速度与其他因素;为了增进中国公路的行车安全,建议在条件允许的情况下,实施分车道对大、小车分别限速。
