“预制+现浇”叠合拱壳工艺在地铁车站中的应用

摘    要:相比箱型框架结构地铁车站,无柱大跨拱形车站更为美观大方、空间开阔,可为乘客提供更舒适的乘车体验。分析了装配式车站的应用现状,提出“预制+现浇”叠合拱壳的施工工艺,重点分析了“预制+现浇”叠合拱壳结构体系及其施工流程,并介绍了该工艺在上海轨道交通15号线吴中路站施工中的应用。该工艺是富水软土环境下地铁车站施工的创新尝试。

Abstract:Compared to metro stations built with box frame structure,the column-free large-span arch station can provide passengers with more comfortable ride experience because of its beauty and open space.With an analysis of the application status of assembled station,a kind of"prefabrication+cast-in-situ"superposition arch shell technology is introduced,the structure system and construction process of which are mainly analyzed.The application of the technology in the construction of Wuzhong Road Station on Shanghai metro Line 15 is introduced and it shows that the"prefabrication+cast-in-situ"superposition arch shell technology is an innovative attempt for metro station construction in water-ich soft soil environment.
