无砟轨道路基桩网结构钢筋混凝土桩施工技术研究

摘    要:研究目的:遂渝线无砟轨道综合试验段路基采用了桩网结构加固已填路堤及软弱地基,本文详细介绍采用长螺旋钻机干法成孔、管内泵压混凝土反插钢筋笼桩网施工工艺。研究结果:长螺旋钻机无水嵌岩施工、管内泵压桩身混凝土反插钢筋笼一机成桩工艺,减少了施工机械和劳力,不破坏已填路堤且不污染工作面及周边的环境水系,工作面洁净,降低了工人的劳动强度。本工艺还可以改善施工条件,加快施工进度,降低造价。

Abstract:Research purposes:The pile-net structure is adopted in the ballastles track integrated experimental section of Suining-Chongqing Railway.The introductions in details are given in this paper to the construction techniques of dry boring by long auger machine and cage pile with reinibrcement inserting inversely into pumping concrete in pipe. Research results:The water-free rock construction conducted by long auger machine and the piling technique of cage pile with reinforcement inserting inversely into pumping concrete in pipe not only can reduce construction machines,labour force and labouring strength,cause no damage to the embankment and cause no pollutions to working face and environment,but also can improve the construction conditions,speed the construction process and reduce the construction cost.
