摘    要:系统将Micro自动化平台等技术应用到舰船的直流电网控制系统,优化了舰船直流低压网络的配置.为了提高设备的可靠性,在设备的设计与生产过程中采取了简化电路,减少了元器件数量与规格,元器件的降额设计与元器件的筛选,装置的热设计等一系列可行的措施,解决了现役舰艇相关设备存在的一些不足.为了分析和研究直流低压网络智能化管理系统的可靠性,建立了装置各部分之间依存关系的方框图和数学表达式,并在确定系统主要模块部件时,对可靠性定量指标进行了合理的性能分配.

Abstract:Micro automation platform technology was applied to the naval vessel's electric network control system, optimizing the low voltage DC network configuration. Aiming to improve the reliability of the equipment, a series of feasible measures were taken, such as simplifying the circuit, reducing the number of components and specifications, derating design and screening of components, and devices thermal design. These measures have solved a number of deficiencies in active vessels related equipment. In order to analyze and study the reliability of the low voltage DC network intelligent management system, the block diagram and mathematical expressions of the dependencies between various parts of the device were estab- lished. And in determining the main system module components, the quantitative indicators of reliability have been allocated based on the performance.
