| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the flood control characteristic in Taiyuan City. It also states that the urban flood control treatment should be fully planned and should set the defense in accordance with standards to treat sewage, refuse and do well the traffic organization, greening and beautification. This is the necessary selection for implementation of flood control planning in the citification course. |
