论加快设备投资回收率的途径和对策

研究目的:随着高铁客运专线和城市地铁的大规模开工兴建,大型设备如盾构、TBM、凿岩台车等隧道设备的投资逐年大幅度攀升,这给企业带来了令人堪忧的负担。本文基于如何尽快收回投资之思路,阐述降低工程成本的具体途径和对策。研究结果:加速折旧有助于设备更新、技术进步和发展生产力。而加速折旧引起的成本加大,又可以通过改革管理、维修制度,深挖潜力,降低消耗来加以补偿。

Discussion on the Way and Countermeasures for Speeding Return of Investment in Equipment

Research purposes:With construction of railway passenger dedicated line and urban subway in large area,the investments in large-sized equipments,such as shielding machine,TBM and drill jambo, increase much year by year,which bring a big burden to enterprise.Based on the thoughts on how to speed return of investment,the analyses of the concrete ways and countermeasure for reducing the construction cost are made in this paper. Research results:Speeding depreciation of equipments can give assistances to the equipment's renew, technology's progress and the development of production force,but it causes a larger cost.However,this kind of larger cost can be offset through reforming management and maintenance systems,tapping the potential and lowering consumption.
