新形势下高职院校招生工作的困境与对策研究

高等职业教育与经济社会发展最为密切,是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,新形势下,招生工作出现"生源危机"和"生源质量下滑"态势。本文在深入分析高职院校招生工作出现窘境的原因基础上,提出:优化生源结构,拓展生源空间;"内外兼修",构建高职特色;改革招考制度,迎战生源危机;准确把握市场,突出就业优势;做好文化交流,开拓境外市场等五大对策,对于促进高等职业教育可持续发展有着重要的现实意义。

The Predicament and Countermeasure Study on Higher Vocational College Enrollment under the New Situation

Higher Vocational Education which correlates closely to the economic and social development is the important component part of our Higher Education System. But there are occurring the ＂student crisis＂ and ＂decline in quality＂ to the enrollment under the new situation. Base on the analysis of the predicament of higher vocational college enrollment, the article puts forwards five countermeasures： optimize the structure and expand space of students; construct the higher vocational features from inside and outside; reform the system of admission for acting in student crisis; accurately grasp the market from highlighting employment advantages; and promote cultural exchange and open up overseas markets. These measures have important practical significance for the promotion of sustainable development of higher vocational education.
