基于单片机的激振电机调速系统研究与开发

摘    要:针对基于工控机的振动时效装置中激振电机的转速调节问题,设计了一套用于永磁直流激振电机的调速系统。该系统以AT89C52单片机为核心,利用PID调节器对转速进行控制。经测试,该系统稳定、可靠,且能满足精度要求,能配合永磁直流激振电机在振动时效中发挥作用。

Abstract:According to the speed regulation problem of the vibration-exciting motor in the industrial computer VSR system,A PWM speed regulation system for permanent-magnet DC vibration-exciting motor based on single chip is presented in this paper.In this speed control system,the single chip AT89C52 is made as the core,and PID adjustor is used to control the motor speed.According to the test,this system is stable and reliable,which has a good dynamic performance and a high precision.Thus,satisfactory control effect is achieved in the VSR system.
