青岛海湾大桥水下无封底砼套箱承台施工技术

摘    要:在恶劣的海洋气候条件深水海域的青岛海湾大桥施工中,采用了新型的水下无封底混凝土套箱进行承台施工,此项施工技术较传统的钢吊箱施工大大缩短了施工时间,加快了施工进度,减少了水中作业时间。重点介绍了混凝土套箱的施工、安装、下放、封堵止水以及在施工中的注意事项,为同类型的施工提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In the construction of Qingdao Bay Brige,the new technology of underwater bottomless concrete boxed cofferdam was adopted for construction of pile caps,which can reduce the work time underwater and speed up the project,compared with the traditional technology of steel hoisting boxes.The facture,installation,sealing,and the precautions in the construction of bottomless concrete boxed cofferdam are mainly produced in this article,which can provide experience and lessons for many other similar constructions.
