| 摘 要： | 对汽车制造企业的入厂物流管理目标和内容进行系统性的描述,并提出了汽车制造企业入厂物流系统的基本模型。选择了战略决策中的一个重要问题,即入厂物流运作模式选择进行探讨,分析了国内目前主要采取的非整合传统模式的缺点,提出了一种新的基于领导物流合作伙伴(LLP)关系的入厂物流整合模式,并对两种模式进行了仿真比较与分析。

| Abstract: | The goal and content of the inbound logistics management is described and a concept model for the inbound logistics system is presented for vehicle manufacturers.As an important issue in strategic decision making,the selection of inbound logistics mode is discussed.The drawback of traditional non-integrated mode currently adopted in most domestic enterprises is analyzed and a new integrated inbound logistics mode based on lead logistics partner relationship is proposed with comparative analysis on the results of computer simulation on both modes conducted. |
