水路基本现代化的评价指标体系研究

摘    要:剖析了水路基本现代化的内涵,提出了水路基本现代化的模糊综合评价方法.运用层次分析法,确定各层次评价指标的权重;运用模糊模式设别理论模型,建立水路基本现代化评价指标相对隶属度函数及相对隶属度矩阵;得到水路基本现代化的模糊模式设别模型,从而确定水路基本现代化的水平值.对江苏水路基本现代化的现状评价表明,该模型能够对水路基本现代化现状做出合理的评价.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the actuality of water carriage basic modernization and make a planning for future,its evaluation index system must be set up.Based on analyzing the meaning of water carriage basic modernization in depth,fuzzy evaluation method is proposed.Using AHP,the weights of the assessment indices are determined.Combined with the model of fuzzy pattern recognition,the relative membership function and relative membership matrix of water carriage basic modernization evaluation factors are set up.As a result,the fuzzy pattern recognition model of water carriage basic modernization is set up.Then,water carriage basic modernization evaluation values are determined.The evaluation to the development of Jiangsu province water carriage indicates that the model can evaluate the actuality of water carriage basic modernization accurately.
