水泥稳定碎石基层压实度影响因素的试验研究

摘    要:通过现场试验研究各施工参数对水泥稳定碎石层压实度影响规律。结果表明:碾压速度、碾压遍数和混合料施工含水量对水泥稳定碎石层压实度影响比较较为显著。随着碾压速度增大,压实度数值先增加后减少;随着碾压遍数的增加,压实度数值呈增大趋势,但达到一定遍数后,压实度数值将会稳定;随着混合料的含水量增加,水泥稳定碎石层的压实度先增加后减少。

Abstract:The effects of the construction parameters of cement stabilized crushed stone layer com- paction was studied by the field test In this paper. The results show that:Rolling speed compactor pass and moisture Content plays a very important role of degree of compaction of cement stabilizing layer. With the rolling speed increases, the degree of compaction value first increases and then decreases. The value of the degree of compaction increase with the compactor pass increase. ,The degree of compaction values will be stable then compactor passtimes reach a certain number; With moisture Content of the mixture in- creases, the degree of compaction value first increases and then decreases.
