| 摘 要： | 首先对影响公路工程项目施工方案的行为、成本、质量、安全、环境5大风险进行了识别，建立了风险评价指标体系，量化了各类风险评价指标进行，构建了AHP—GRAM评价模型，并以湖南省怀通高速公路公路工程项目中4个施工方案比选为例进行分析，论证了该模型的正确性。
