摘    要:在开展光面爆破现场试验基础上,分析了层理构造对光爆效果的影响,总结了适用于层状板岩隧道的光爆技术参数,对试验段光爆优化前后代表性隧道断面超欠挖进行跟踪量测,对比分析光面爆破效果,实现了半眼保存率平均达到85%~90%以上,平均线性超挖量小于10cm,局部最大线性超挖量18—20cm。基于光爆技术在怀通高速公路全线层状板岩隧道施工中的推广应用,总结了光面爆破实施后的技术经济效果,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the smooth blasting field test, the influence of the bedding structure on the smooth blasting was analyzed, and the technical parameters suited in the layered slate tunnel were sum- marized. Tracking measurements of over-break and under-break excavation before and after optimization of the smooth blasting test were carried out for a few representative tunnel sections, and the effect of smooth blasting was analyzed comparatively. The results indicated that the averaged semi-eye preservation rate is 85% -90% , the mean linear over-break value is less than 10cm, and the maximum linear over- break value is about 18 -20 cm in some partial zone. Technology based on optical burst is promoted to the slate tunnels in the highway from Huaihua to Tongdao. Technical and economic effects after applica- tion of smooth blasting are summed up. The implementation about smooth blasting can provide a reference for similar projects.
