| 摘 要： | 地铁是一种缓解城市化进程带来的城市交通压力的有效交通工具,而地铁乘务是地铁运营的核心。探索如何对乘务人员实行公平、公正以及公开的管理,确定乘务人员管理的评价指标体系以及评价方法是保障乘务人员自身利益和激励员工的重要手段。利用层次分析法(AHP)和TOPSIS法对乘务人员管理的评价指标体系以及评价方法进行分析,确立地铁乘务人员综合评价指标体系,建立乘务人员综合评价模型,以达到对乘务人员管理的公平、公正以及公开。

| Abstract: | Metro is an urbanization ease traffic pressure effective transportation, the Metro crew is one of the core professional of subway operation. Discover how to fairness,justice and public administration crew, determine the management evaluation system and evaluation method is the important means of protection of its own interests and motivating employees. In this paper, AHP and TOPSIS method are used to construct evaluation system and evaluation method. The purpose of this article is reach for fairness ,justice and public administration crew. |
